
'RICE PANCAKES A simple and quick pancakes that are delicate and easy to digest. Ingredients ¾ cup rice flour Salt to taste A pinch of asafoetida (hing) A pinch of turmeric powder ¼ tsp cumin seeds 2 tsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Oil for drizzling Tomato ketchup to serve Method 1. Take rice flour in a large bowl, add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder and mix well. Add cumin seeds, coriander leaves and 1 cup water, mix till a smooth batter is formed. 2. Heat a little oil in a small non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly to form a thin pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides and transfer on to a serving plate. 3.
